Terms and Conditions for Technicians on MyGSMVillage
1. Introduction
Welcome to MyGSMVillage. By registering as a technician on our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions, which outline your rights, responsibilities, and payment structure while using our services.
2. Service Agreement
As a registered technician, you agree to provide high-quality, professional, and timely repair services to customers. You must ensure that all work is completed to the best of your ability and in accordance with industry standards.
3. Payment Terms
Technicians will receive payments for completed jobs two (2) weeks after either a resolved dispute or if no disputes are raised by the customer. Payments will be processed through the preferred method selected during registration. In case of a dispute, payment will only be released once the matter is resolved in favour of the technician or upon mutual agreement between the customer and technician.
4. Dispute Resolution
All disputes between technicians and customers will be handled by MyGSMVillage’s support team. You agree to cooperate fully during the resolution process. If a dispute is resolved against you, you may not be eligible for payment for that particular job.
5. Code of Conduct
Technicians must adhere to the following:
- Provide honest and accurate assessments of repair issues.
- Deliver services within the agreed timeframe.
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with customers.
- Refrain from requesting direct payments outside the MyGSMVillage platform.
6. Termination of Account
MyGSMVillage reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Receive multiple unresolved disputes.
- Engage in fraudulent or unethical practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyGSMVillage is only a facilitator connecting technicians with customers. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from a technician’s services.
8. Amendments
MyGSMVillage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
