An iPhone 8 Plus was discussed with me of having a suspected swollen battery and wouldn't come up. To this I identify the battery been the issue. I asked for it to be sent down for possible solution, after the pricing had been agreed on.
The iPhone 8 Plus arrived at the office. A confirmation check was done to affirm what was spoken about it. The phone was carefully opened up and the battery removed (as it was seen to have pushed up the screen and back glass).

A new original apple battery was use to replace the swollen battery. The phone was tested working and the back glass was changed alongside (the owner was inform about this before carrying on with this, as it wasn't initially considered).

The phone was made ready and sent down to the owner.
